Advanced Pilates
The ultimate challenge! The classic Pilates repertoire includes advanced-level exercises that require some level of experience practicing the method and demand strength and control. As we continue practicing Pilates, our bodies seek progressive stimuli to develop high functionality. These are the exercises that truly reinforce the body-mind connection.
cardio pilates
The athletic approach of the REFORMER primarily using the JUMPBOARD. Jumping is fun and brings out the inner child in us, while working on our cardiovascular and strength endurance at the same time!
CLINICAL PILATES
Pre-Pilates mat exercises or exercises from the classic repertoire performed with mild tension using Pilates props (ball, ring, roller, elastic band). Addresses individuals whose bodies cannot tolerate external resistance.
PILATES EQUIPMENT
Circuit exercise for 4 people on different Pilates equipment: Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Chair, Ped-a-Pull, Ladder Barrel, Step Barrel, CoreAlign® REFORMER ONLY <br>Reformer-only group session for 4 people
